Booking Policy

We are dedicated to providing our clients with high-quality nail services in a comfortable and relaxing environment. Whether you're looking for a simple manicure or a full set of acrylic nails, our skilled technicians will work with you to create the perfect look. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. We also value our time as well as yours. Please take a moment to review our booking policies:

1. Booking requirements

     -As of now, there is no deposit or card on file required to book an appointment.

2. Grace Period

     -Clients have a 15-minute grace period.

     -After 15 minutes, your appointment is subject to cancellation or rescheduling.

3. Rescheduling

     -Please give a 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule.

     - Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in a $15 rebooking fee.

4. Cancellation & No-show

     -Cancellations within 24-hours of your appointment will result in a $15 rebooking fee.

     -NO CALL/NO SHOW  results in automatic disqualification from rebooking OR FULL 

      PAYMENT upfront is required to schedule again.

5. Respect for time

       polices ensures fairness and consistency for everyone.
